ABOUT LITTLE HOUSE ACUPUNCTURE

AND CO-OWNERS NICOLE & SHELBY

LITTLE HOUSE IS A LOOSE TRANSLATION OF THE ACUPUNCTURE POINT 少府  (SHAO FU / HEART 8)

Acupuncture points have stories: Little House represents a place to be cared for. It’s a place to rest. We exist because we believe everyone needs that place.

NICOLE LONERGAN, LAC

SHE/HER

While earning my Master's, I studied under specialists in chronic painmental health, and perimenopause/menopause care. I'm passionate about weaving together the physical and spiritual elements of acupuncture to support healing and cultivate joy. I love working with folks to help regulate the nervous system, and treat complex conditions like digestive disorders, migraines, hormonal changes, and sleep issues.

I first discovered the benefits of acupuncture as a patient, where it profoundly impacted my emotional well-being and journey to sobriety (more on that here).

Outside of the clinic, you can find me doing yoga, working on art projects, and cooking with my partner, Sarah.

SHELBY PASELL, LAC

SHE/HER

I've had the privilege of learning from practitioners with deep knowledge in menstrual health, pain, and pregnancy/fertility, and what I love about this practice is the ability to keep learning every day. With me, you can expect treatments informed by both classical theory and peer-reviewed research.

I enjoy supporting folks with complex chronic conditions using acupuncture and herbs, and earned my doctorate in acupuncture with Chinese herbal medicine specialization.

When not in clinic, you'll find me bouldering, reading, or out on a walk with my dog Pepper.
